Acupuncturist (contract – part time)
The primary purpose of this job is to administer specific therapeutic treatment of symptoms and disorders amenable to acupuncture procedures, as specifically indicated by supervising physician; will review patient’s medical history, physical findings, and diagnosis made by physician to ascertain symptoms or disorder to be treated and  educate the patients about acupuncture treatment sessions. Requirements include successful graduation from an accredited acupuncture program/school and be licensed by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and be certified in Clean Needle Technique by the CCAOM (Council of College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Experience serving populations seeking drug and alcohol rehabilitation is preferred, along with knowledge of 12-step program.

Business Development Specialist
This position will require a flexible schedule including evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: answering heavy volume of phone calls; prescreening intakes for potential admissions; verifying insurance benefits. Requirements of this position are a Bachelors’ degree in a related field, strong office, computer, and customer service skills; business professional phone etiquette, ability to handle crisis phone calls and ability to remain calm in crisis situations;  detail oriented, team player, reliability, 12-step program knowledge, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays. Insurance and/or call center experience a plus.

Care Manager
The primary purpose of this job is to coordinate and facilitate the patient case load from admission through discharge. Care Managers will complete the admissions process including initiating the first family session upon admission, initiating and maintaining contact with 3rd party referrals, and making appropriate aftercare referrals and placement, working with outside agencies and referral sources. This person must maintain confidentiality of all pertinent patient care information to assure patient rights are protected. Those individuals that have good organizational, customer service, and computer skills and are highly motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who are looking to get into the field of substance abuse rehabilitation are encouraged to apply.  Good verbal and written skills a must. Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Psychology or a related field. One year experience as an Admissions Clerk or Data Entry Clerk preferred but not required. Knowledge of chemical dependency, 12-step program, previous mental health experience and personal recovery experience (at least 24 months substance free recommended) is preferred.

Clinical Coordinator
This position will supervise, hands-on, the day to day functions of the treatment team.  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, evaluating, orienting, supervising and training all clinical staff.  This position requires Masters Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field combined with at least three years of work experience in an addiction organization providing self-help service to a 12-step population seeking drug and alcohol rehabilitation and at least two years’ work experience as a supervisor along with a LCADC and CCS.

Director of Outpatient Services
This position will supervise daily functions of Intensive Outpatient programs and staff across Atlantic, Camden, & Cumberland Counties. Duties will include establishing, implementing and monitoring a quality assurance program, addressing all levels of treatment programming and patient care; overseeing the planning and development of treatment plans/improvements; developing an Intensive Outpatient Program organization plan consistent with Seabrook House mission. Ideal candidates will have a Masters degree and one of the following credentials in New Jersey: licensed psychologist, LCSW or LPC with a CCS or LCADC. Additionally must possess at least five years of experience as a clinician in an organization providing services to populations seeking drug and alcohol rehabilitation and a minimum of two years work experience as a supervisor. Candidates with a working knowledge of electronic medical record documentation, CARF, and New Jersey Ambulatory Care licensing regulations a plus. Experience in 12 Step Programs preferred.

Environmental Tech 
Part-time Environmental Techs to work a flexible schedule. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: cleaning floors (sweep and mop), clean, wash and sanitize bathrooms, and dust surfaces; distribute clean linen on scheduled days; collect soiled linen on a daily basis; detail cleans the room/area and change the bedding of discharges; inventory and stock closets with needed cleaning supplies and linen; performs duties as requested by other departments; attends and participates in departmental monthly meetings; performs any activities of the Environmental Services Department as instructed by the Facilities Supervisor in accordance with current Federal, State and, CARF standards, as well as internal established policies and procedures. Job requirements are: high school diploma or GED; must have a valid New Jersey Driver’s license; must be flexible with hours and days and able to work holidays and weekends; must be a team player and effectively interact and communicate with other departments and other personnel and maintain a high level of confidentiality; must be resourceful, able to work independently, able to walk up and down steps, able to lift 30 lbs and be a self-starter. Six months experience in a hotel, hospital or similar position is preferred.

Facilities Utility Worker – Seabrook West
The hours of this position are 12:00 midnight to 8:00 AM, working 3 nights one week and 4 nights the next week, including holidays, weekends, etc. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to performing general maintenance/utility work as needed, such as painting, washing/waxing floors, window washing; will perform security tasks and will assist coworkers with patients. Requirements: must possess a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license along with a clear driving record. Previous maintenance/janitorial experience in a hospital/motel or similar facility preferred. Must be a team player and effectively interact with other departments. Must be resourceful, able to work independently, able to walk up and down steps, able to work beyond normal working hours if needed, able to lift 50 lbs and be a self-starter. Personal recovery experience is a plus (at least 24 months substance free is recommended).

Family Services Specialist
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and facilitate family treatment; participate in the development of policies and procedures to facilitate and embrace family services; perform or supervise family evaluation, family counseling, family groups, and/or family education groups; family communication including post-treatment follow up. Requirements include a Master’s Degree in related field, New Jersey  LCADC or CADC; previous residential chemical dependency experience based on the 12 Steps; 2 years’ experience working with chemical dependency family systems; knowledge of strength based family systems therapy.

Intensive Outpatient Program Therapist
Responsibilities include: perform assessments, diagnostic evaluations, individual counseling, crisis intervention, group counseling and other evidence-based therapies to assist and provide support to patients enrolled in our Intensive Outpatient Programs in Atlantic, Camden, & Cumberland Counties. Candidates must have a clinical certification or license such as: LCADC, CADC, LCSW, etc., and possess at least one year of experience as a clinician in an organization providing services to populations seeking drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Candidates must have the flexibility to work varied hours including some weekend and evening hours. Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred). Candidates with a working knowledge of electronic medical record documentation a plus. Experience in 12 Step Programs preferred.

Maintenance/Utility Worker

Medical Director
Responsibilities include assisting patients and their families in the healing of the body, mind, and spirit modeling the 12 Steps of Recovery, patient medical history & physicals, lectures, etc. all in accordance with organizational, Federal, State, CARF and ASAM standards. This individual may represent Seabrook House at conferences and other marketing events. Must be licensed to practice in New Jersey and be ASAM certified and possess current CDS license.

Operations Manager – Changes
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: ensures Changes program is operating under in-house and governing body guidelines and that staff duties are completed in an acceptable manner at all times; completes any/all admissions/ administrative assistant functions; holds residents accountable to standards and program schedule; provides direct supervision and support of residents; responsible for various components of the resident’s daily schedule and  facilitates daily activities for the residents as needed; educates residents on community standards and procedures and recovery skills; works closely with the Vice President to implement after care with referral sources, employers, legal representatives and family members to ensure a healthy recovery process; responsible for facilitating appropriate medical, and psychiatric, out-patient services, in house meetings or groups and/or AA/NA meetings in the community for residents; arranges or provides resident transportation as needed; performs electronic charting duties as necessary; will be on-call duty nights and weekends. The ideal candidate will have the ability to make decisions, set boundaries between self and patients and enforce boundaries and facility’s rules with patients. Must be a team player and be held accountable to supervisor and team. High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree in a social services field strongly preferred; at least three years’ experience working with addiction population is preferred and exposure to mental health population, along with knowledge or experience in health care and 12-Step Recovery is a plus. Would prefer a person in recovery (at least 2 years substance free recommended).

Painter/Driver
This full-time position is primarily a second/third shift position which includes working weekends & holidays. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to performing all types of coating applications including wall covering and the prep work prior to the coating application; driving company vehicles to transport patients and supplies; maintaining driving records on vehicles, logs and inspections books; will perform security tasks and will assist coworkers with patients. Requirements: must possess a HS diploma or GED, a valid New Jersey driver’s license along with a clear driving record. Previous painting experience preferred. Must be a team player and effectively interact with other departments. Must be resourceful, able to work independently, able to walk up and down steps, able to work beyond normal working hours if needed, able to lift 50 lbs and be a self-starter.

Primary Clinical Therapist
Responsibilities include performing assessments, diagnostic evaluations, individual counseling, lectures, crisis intervention, group counseling and other evidence-based therapies to assist and provide support to patients during early stages of recovery while in primary residential treatment. Candidates must have a clinical license such LCADC or CADC and possess at least two years of experience as a clinician in an organization providing services to populations seeking drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Masters degree strongly preferred (MSW, MFT, MA in a related field). Candidates having a working knowledge of electronic medical record documentation a plus. Experience in 12 Step Programs preferred.

Primary Counselor, Seabrook West
This full-time position is at our Westfield, Pennsylvania Transitional Living Facility (Seabrook West) located in the “Twin Tiers of Pennsylvania”. Responsibilities include performing bio-psychosocial interviews, diagnostic evaluations, individual counseling, group counseling, and assisting and providing support to patients during recovery. Requirements include a Bachelors’ degree in a related field (Masters’ degree preferred); must be a CADC or CAC and possess at least three years’ experience as a clinician in an organization providing services to populations seeking drug and alcohol rehabilitation and utilizing the 12-Step principles of recovery; must possess a valid drivers’ license. We offer excellent compensation and benefit packages including some relocation reimbursement.

Quality Coordinator
The position requires the ability to think analytically, to evaluate systems, monitor activities of various departments. Among job duties will be overseeing the development/maintenance of policies and procedures, assuring that they are in compliance with statutes, regulations and other requirements; assuring that the Policies & Procedures Manuals are kept up to date. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, proficiency in statistics, data collection and outcome analysis using relational databases (i.e., Access) and/or statistical software helpful. Knowledge of State and Federal regulations pertaining to drug and alcohol rehabilitation facilities helpful, knowledge of CARF a plus. College degree or 3 to 5 years experience in field required. Experience in utilizing data for continuous quality improvement strongly preferred; strong interpersonal, facilitation, and team building skills along with flexibility/adaptability in working with diverse groups of people in many different situations desired.

Recovery Coach (RC) $12 per hour
Full- and part-time (24-30 hrs/week) Recovery Coaches (RC) to work a flexible schedule which could include holidays and weekends and working primarily second (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM) and overnight shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM). An excellent opportunity to join an exciting and professional team of healthcare providers. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: assist patients with their daily schedules and phone calls, documentation as necessary and participation in treatment teams and group classes as scheduled. Must maintain confidentiality of all pertinent patient information to assure patient rights are protected. Must have the ability to make decisions, set boundaries between self and patients and enforce boundaries and facility’s rules with patients. Recovery Coach (RC) – Pool
This position will require working two days a month and the ability to work a flexible schedule which would include any shift, holidays and/or weekends.Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: assist patients with their daily schedules and phone calls, documentation as necessary and participation in treatment teams and group classes as scheduled. Must maintain confidentiality of all pertinent patient information to assure patient rights are protected. Must have the ability to make decisions, set boundaries between self and patients and enforce boundaries and facility’s rules with patients. Must be a team player and be held accountable to supervisor and team. At least one year working with addiction population is preferred and exposure to mental health population, along with knowledge or experience in health care and 12-Step Recovery is a plus. Would prefer a person in recovery (at least 2 years).

RN
Full-time RNs for day (7a to 7p) and night (7p to 7a) shifts, which will include weekends, as well as Pool RNs. Two years of employment in a RN capacity is required; addiction experience preferred but not required. Please indicate shift preference when applying.

Staff Physician(s)
Responsibilities include patient medical history & physicals, rounds, lectures, and assisting patients and their families in the healing of the body, mind, and spirit modeling the 12 Steps of Recovery in accordance with organizational, Federal, State, CARF and ASAM standards. Must be licensed to practice in New Jersey and be ASAM certified and possess current CDS license with suboxone waiver.

Staff Psychiatrist (p/t)
Responsibilities of this per diem position include assisting patients and their families in the healing of the body, mind, and spirit modeling the 12 Steps of Recovery in accordance with organizational, Federal, State, CARF and ASAM standards. The position works collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team providing evaluative, diagnostic, and clinical (psychiatric) care as described in the established protocol. This position also provides thorough patient mental health evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans, and prescribes medication(s) and provides other therapeutic measures for the treatment of psychiatric disorders and thoroughly documents diagnosis, treatment and all aspects of such illness(es). Eligible candidates will possess a current New Jersey State License to practice medicine, must be Board Certified from the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and have experience with detoxification protocols and addiction treatment.
